Get To Know Earth and Nature Solutions (ENS)
Securing a Resilient,
Green Future.
We bridge the gap between high-level environmental policy and community-level action. Drawing on over 40 years of experience in environmental and social safeguards, ENS transforms complex ecological challenges—like deforestation and land degradation—into sustainable opportunities for local growth. We don't just advocate for change; we engineer the frameworks that make it possible.

Our Journey
40 Years
in the Making.
For decades, our founders witnessed the silent crisis of deforestation and illegal mining (galamsey) across West Africa. We didn’t just watch; we learned, we consulted, and finally, we acted. Earth and Nature Solutions (ENS) is the culmination of a lifetime dedicated to Ghana’s soil, water, and people.
Our Journey
The Turning
Point.
The seeds of ENS were sown through the firsthand observations of our promoters, including seasoned environmental specialist Moses Yao Duphey. Having served as lead consultants for the World Bank, IMF, and UNDP, our team saw a recurring gap: while global policies existed, local institutional capacity to tackle "galamsey" and coastal erosion at scale was missing. In 2026, the decision was made to transition from high-level advisory to boots-on-the-ground impact. ENS was established as a professionally managed platform to turn environmental safeguards into community-based reality.
Our Mission
To deliver innovative, community-driven solutions to deforestation, water pollution, and climate vulnerability while strengthening local capacity across West Africa.
Our Vision
To build a resilient Ghana where natural resources are responsibly managed and communities thrive in harmony with nature.
The ENS Way
Our Core
Values.
- Community-Centered Impact: We don't just plant trees; we empower the people who live among them.
- Environmental Stewardship: Acting as the responsible custodians of Ghana’s biodiversity.
- Scientific Integrity: Every project is backed by 40 years of environmental and social safeguard expertise.
- Climate Resilience: Building the "muscle memory" in communities to adapt to a changing planet.
Our Partnerships
A Collaborative Approach to Resilience
At ENS, we believe that no single organization can solve the complex environmental challenges facing West Africa alone. Our impact is amplified through strategic alliances with government bodies, international regulators, and research pioneers. By aligning our community-led initiatives with national policies and global standards, we ensure that every tree planted and every hectare restored contributes to a larger, legally compliant, and scientifically sound framework for a greener Ghana.
