Get To Know Earth and Nature Solutions (ENS)
Securing a Resilient,
Green Future.
We bridge the gap between high-level global environmental policy and decisive community-level action. Drawing on over 40 years of authoritative experience in environmental and social safeguards, ENS transforms complex ecological crises from transboundary watershed degradation to rampant land exploitation, into sustainable opportunities for local growth. We don't just advocate for change; we engineer the frameworks that make it possible.
Ecosystem & Landscape Restoration
Rehabilitating degraded terrestrial forests, critical watersheds, and vulnerable coastal ecosystems to reclaim biodiversity and stabilize West Africa’s natural shields.
Climate & Blue Carbon Resilience
Empowering frontline communities to adapt to changing climates while unlocking the high-capacity carbon sequestration potential of regional mangrove networks.
Years of Professional Governance & Safeguards Expertise
Hectares Influenced across Forest Landscapes and River Basins
Community Members Directly Engaged in Green Livelihoods

Our Journey
40 Years
in the Making.
For decades, our founders witnessed the silent crises of rapid deforestation, catastrophic coastal erosion, and illegal mining (galamsey) across West Africa. We didn’t just watch; we tracked the structural failures, consulted for global institutions, and finally acted. Earth and Nature Solutions (ENS) is the strategic culmination of a lifetime dedicated to safeguarding West Africa’s soil, water, and people.
Our Journey
The Turning
Point.
The seeds of ENS were sown through the firsthand, high-stakes observations of our promoters, led by internationally recognized environmental specialist Moses Yao Duphey. Having served as trusted technical advisors, ecosystem experts, and lead consultants for global authorities like the World Bank, UNOPS, and the UNDP, our team identified a recurring systemic gap: while robust global policies and safeguards existed, local execution to tackle galamsey, watershed disruption, and shoreline degradation at scale was critically missing.
To bridge this divide, the definitive decision was made to channel this elite, high-level advisory directly into boots-on-the-ground impact. ENS was established as a professionally managed, technically rigorous platform built to turn international safeguards into community-based reality.
Our Mission
To deliver innovative, science-backed, and community-driven solutions to land degradation, water pollution, and climate vulnerability while establishing institutional-grade local capacity across West Africa.
Our Vision
To build a resilient, ecologically secure West Africa where natural resources are governed by international standards and local communities thrive in harmony with nature.
The ENS Way
Our Core
Values.
- Community-Centered Impact: We don't just restore ecosystems; we empower the local populations who live within them as primary stakeholders and long-term custodians.
- Environmental Stewardship: Acting as uncompromising, legally compliant guardians of West Africa's terrestrial and marine biodiversity.
- Scientific Integrity: Every intervention we design is anchored by 40 years of world-class environmental and social safeguard expertise.
- Climate Resilience: Building the localized economic and ecological "muscle memory" required to adapt to a changing planet.
Our Partnerships
A Collaborative Approach to Resilience
At ENS, we recognize that reversing complex, transboundary environmental degradation requires deep institutional alignment. Our impact is amplified through active collaborations with government ministries, international regulators, and global development pioneers. By integrating our community-led initiatives with the strategic frameworks of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources (MLNR), the Ministry of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESTI), and the Forestry Commission, we ensure that every hectare restored and every baseline tracked contributes to a legally compliant, scientifically sound, and globally verified framework for a greener Africa.
